Abstract

This article exposes, through a historical interpretation, the reasons why the German fascist regime, which held power between the years 1933 to 1945, completely distances itself from the ideological currents of the left, specifically, from the social democracy and of communism, present in the political scene of that period, placing itself on the contrary in a paradigm fully adjusted to the concept of the extreme right. To support this assertion, a set of weighty historical evidence is presented, which first shows how the conduct of the Nazi party was supported by the most conservative sectors of the time, who benefited from the regime and saw their implications reflected in it. ideological aspirations. Likewise, it will be evident how the regime used its position in the German government to censor and persecute in the legal field, the sectors of the left during the entire time it held power. Ultimately, it is analyzed how through legal impositions adopted during the dictatorship, legal constructions that contributed to the consolidation of the rule of law, constitutional primacy and deliberative democracy were violated. For the construction of the postulates of this writing, both laws of the time and the ideological manifesto of the leader of the Nazi party were analyzed, contrasted with the interpretation of various jurists, philosophers and historians.
