La justicia constitucional en España, logros y desafíos

El Tribunal Constitucional de España, muestra la importancia del control de constitucionalidad en los Estados democráticos, es reflejo de la concertación como forma de expresarse las distintas vertientes políticas y la aceptación del legislador negativo para contrarrestar el poder legislativo que muchas veces no muestra la verdadera intención del pueblo cuyo parámetro se plasmó en la Constitución Política. Como también podemos verlo en algunos países de Latinoamérica, la creación de órganos para proteger la carta magna de cada Estado tuvo un gran impacto y sus decisiones han causado gran revuelo, pero con el paso de los años, momentos históricos distintos, marcan un desafío para el Tribunal Constitucional que acostumbró a la comunidad a impactar con decisiones de gran aceptación pero a la vez con alto nivel académico y argumentativo.
