Izquierda, antirreligión y posteología

Surgidos en el siglo XIX, los movimientos emancipatorios y de izquierda, en particular el marxismo, trataron de completar cuanto la revolución burguesa había “olvidado”, especialmente, el logro de una sociedad más igualitaria, bajo el nombre de socialismo, logro que solo era posible mediante la lucha de clases y la victoria del proletariado. El marxismo, algunas de cuyas fuentes surtieron de las lecturas por Marx de los filósofos de la Antigüedad clásica, como Prometeo, caló en las sociedades occidentales del XIX y del XX, pero ya en este siglo fue adquiriendo ciertos tintes de religión dogmática con elementos propios de las creencias que, como el cristianismo, pretendía sustituir en la búsqueda de referentes éticos para la humanidad. La izquierda hoy debe recobrar el espíritu dialogante y crítico del joven Marx y elaborar propuestas transformadoras.
