Los penalistas y el nullum crimen. Dos textos para compartir y unas pocas reflexiones

En este trabajo se reflexiona sobre el lenguaje de los penalistas a partir de dos textos breves yclásicos, uno de Cesare Beccaria, el otro de un cuento folklórico argentino. Se pesquisan ciertas prácticas naturalizadas por los penalistas dogmáticos. También se indagan las dificultades que suscita este lenguaje en
relación a la garantía del nullum crimen, el diálogo entre los teóricos, la comunicación con los ciudadanos, y su
uso en las sentencias judiciales. Se correlaciona también este lenguaje con ciertas características y funciones de la
Dogmática Penal
